Black & White
I have a love for Black & White. I still use film in two of my cameras and often convert colour digitial images to Black & White to bring out the atmosphere.
Travel
This is another passion of mine, it is what got me
into photography. I have been fortunate to live and work in many countries and,
since retirement, travelled whenever finances allowed.
People
Portraits are another specific genre I enjoy. I have built a small studio at home which allows me to indulge in portraits. Having said that, I find, photographing people in general enjoyable, however I am always hesitant in asking someone to have their photograph taken.
Home
This is where most of us will take photographs, in and around our home. Mine is Glasgow, a city I love, having lived here for 20 years. Before that I lived in Worcestershire and before that, the south Lake District.
